In-Store pick-up

In-store pickup directly from our showroom in Dumbo, Brooklyn, New York, is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm. To choose this service, kindly select the in-store pickup option during checkout. Your order will be promptly prepared during our operating hours. Once the order is ready, you will receive detailed instructions and a QR code for building access. Upon your arrival, one of our dedicated consultants will warmly welcome you and facilitate the handover of your purchase.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer two shipping methods, across the 48 US contiguous states:

  1. Standard Shipping: This shipping method takes 5-7 business days and is free of charge on all orders over $250.

  2. Express Shipping: This shipping method takes 2-3 business days and has a flat fee of $30.

For international orders, the shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your preferred shipping method.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to waive this requirement, please email us at orders@lensemble.us. By waiving the signature requirement, you authorize the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS) to leave your package at the address provided in your order. Please note that if your package is lost or stolen after delivery, neither the shipping carrier nor L'ENSEMBLE can be held liable for reimbursement. We cannot waive the signature requirement for orders valued at $750 or more due to shipping carrier policies. 

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, our dedicated team will process and prepare it for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before it is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Shipping

Please note that the listed item price and shipping cost do not cover customs, duties, or taxes. International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means that any fees are incurred upon the arrival of the parcel at its destination. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees. We regret that we cannot assume these charges on behalf of our customers, and they are outside our jurisdiction. To ascertain these additional costs beforehand, please consult your local customs office before purchasing. The carrier will collect any relevant fees upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

  2. Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or materials. These restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page.
