In-Store pick-up
In-store pickup directly from our showroom in Dumbo, Brooklyn, New York, is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday through Saturday, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. To choose this service, kindly select the in-store pickup option during checkout. Your order will be promptly prepared during our operating hours. Once the order is ready, you will receive a notification.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer four shipping methods, across the 48 US contiguous states:
- Free Economy Shipping: This shipping method takes 2-5 business days and is free of charge on all orders over $250.
- Economy Shipping: This shipping method takes 2-5 business days and has a flat fee of $15 for all orders under $250

Express Saver: This shipping method takes 2–3 business days and has a flat fee $30
- Express: This shipping method takes 1–2 business days and has a flat fee of $45
All ceramics, and glass products are excluded from the Free Shipping offer. Special shipping rates apply: $25 for Economy, $35 for Standard, and $50 for Express shipping. These products are only available to ship across the 48 US contiguous states.
For international orders, the shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your preferred shipping method.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to waive this requirement, please email us at orders@lensemble.us. By waiving the signature requirement, you authorize the shipping carrier (UPS) to leave your package at the address provided in your order. Please note that if your package is lost or stolen after delivery, neither the shipping carrier nor L'ENSEMBLE can be held liable for reimbursement. We cannot waive the signature requirement for orders valued at $750 or more due to shipping carrier policies.
Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, our dedicated team will process and prepare it for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before it is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Order Cancellation:
US Domestic and International orders may be requested to be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, pending approval, and only if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, send an email to orders@lensemble.us providing your order number and the reason for the request. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not permitted. Items purchased on Archive Sale or designated as Final Sale are final; no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Missed Delivery / Uncollected Packages:
Our standard return window is 7 days from the delivery date. If a package is not received due to missed delivery or is not collected within 10 days from the shipment date, L’ENSEMBLE will not issue a refund. Store credit may be approved upon request for eligible (non–final sale) items.
If the package is returned to us, we will reship it via ground service for $15, or $30 for larger or heavier packages, U.S. Domestic orders only. Please note: L’ENSEMBLE will not issue refunds for packages that were uncollected, returned, and reshipped, even if the reshipped package is not accepted by the recipient. International Shipping
Please note that the listed item price and shipping cost do not cover customs, duties, or taxes. International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means that any fees are incurred upon the arrival of the parcel at its destination. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees. We regret that we cannot assume these charges on behalf of our customers, and they are outside our jurisdiction. To ascertain these additional costs beforehand, please consult your local customs office before purchasing. The carrier will collect any relevant fees upon delivery.
Please note: packages that are uncollected or unpaid for duties and returned to L’ENSEMBLE are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
