VISITING OUR SHOWROOM
Our showroom operates on an appointment-only basis, ensuring visitors receive an exclusive and personalized experience. To gain access to our building, an entry QR code is necessary. To arrange your visit, please book an appointment through our VISIT US page or text us at +1 212 401 4245. Once we receive your request, we will send you the QR code via email or text. Upon arrival, a dedicated consultant will greet and guide you to our showroom.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
To schedule an appointment, please go to the VISIT US page and select a date and time that works best for you. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation text and/or an email with a QR code for entry to our building. When you arrive, one of our consultants will personally greet you, offer a warm welcome to our beautiful space, engage in a meaningful conversation about your aesthetic preferences and aspirations, and guide you through our curated selection tailored to your unique needs.

NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY
At L'ENSEMBLE, our priority is to ensure your shopping experience with us is effortless and enjoyable. We recognize that you may be nearby and feel inclined to explore our beautiful showroom. We welcome impromptu visits and encourage you to drop by at your convenience. Text us at +1 212 401 4245. Once we receive your request, we will send you the QR code via text. Upon arrival, one of us will greet you and guide you to our showroom.

SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY
We currently do not offer same-day local delivery. However, we provide in-store pick-up as an alternative option for your convenience. When placing your order, select the in-store pick-up option during checkout. Once your order is placed, we'll promptly prepare it and reach out to you with pick-up instructions. Please await confirmation that your order is ready before heading to our showroom.

PROCESSING ONLINE ORDERS
Our standard processing times are Tuesday through Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared. Orders are shipped out Tuesday through Friday.

SHIPPING TIMES
We offer two shipping methods across the 48 US contiguous states:

Standard Shipping: This shipping method takes 5-7 business days and is free of charge on all orders over $250.

Express Shipping: This shipping method takes 2-3 business days and has a flat fee of $30.

    SIGNATURE RELEASE
    If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, L’ensemble or the shipping carrier cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

    PACKAGE DELAY
    Delivery dates are not guaranteed and depend on the destination zip code. When we create the mailing label, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information to track your purchases. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer in control of it. Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays, especially around major holidays. We are not responsible for these delays.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    Yes, we do offer international shipping. The shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your preferred shipping method.

    Please note that the listed item price and shipping cost do not cover customs, duties, or taxes. International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means that these fees are incurred upon the arrival of the parcel at its destination. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees. We regret that we cannot assume these charges on behalf of our customers, as they are outside our jurisdiction. To ascertain these additional costs beforehand, please consult your local customs office before purchasing. The carrier will collect any relevant fees upon delivery.

    RETURNS
    We offer a 7-day return policy from receiving your order for all orders within the 48 US contiguous states. Items must be in unwashed, unworn condition, with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. All intimate apparel, sleepwear, and earrings are final sale. A $15 shipping fee for return labels will be deducted from your refund. Upon receipt of your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit, as you prefer.

    For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    PRICE MATCHING AND ADJUSTMENTS
    We do not offer price matching on our products. However, for price adjustments, if you find that your purchase has gone on sale or been reduced within 7 calendar days of placing your order and the item is still available on our website in the same style and size, please contact us at orders@lensemble.us with your order number. We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis, and cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor it.
