At L'ENSEMBLE, we value your satisfaction and want you to be delighted with every purchase. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Please review our Return Policy for further details:

In-store returns: Items purchased in-store are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 7 days. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all tags. For assistance with the return process, please contact us at returns@lensemble.us, and we will facilitate the drop-off accordingly.

Final sale applies to items marked down by 60% or more. Orders made with any additional promotional code, including 'Welcome to L'ensemble 10%', on sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases. 

Online returns:

  1. Eligibility and Timeframe: All returns, including full-price and sale items, must be shipped or returned in-store within 7 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition, with all protective materials and tags attached. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or alteration. For hygienic reasons, briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Due to safety reasons, candles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, all jewelry and selected objects, glass and ceramics items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, email returns@lensemble.us with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]" and include the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions: 
    - For U.S. orders, a prepaid return label will be issued, and a $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to use another shipping provider, you are responsible for the total cost of the return. L'ENSEMBLE is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged returns shipped through a carrier of your own choosing.
    - For international orders, we will provide return approval and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Your return package must include the provided Return Authorization Number for smooth processing.

  3. In-store drop-off: If you prefer to drop off your return in person and visit our showroom, please contact us at  for further instructions.

  4. Refund: Upon receiving your item, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  5. Exchanges: If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@lensemble.us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  7. Color Accuracy: While we strive to display the colors of our products accurately on L'ENSEMBLE, variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.
