At L'ENSEMBLE, we value your satisfaction and want you to be delighted with every purchase. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Please review our Return Policy for further details:

In-store returns: Items purchased in-store are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 7 days. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all tags. For assistance with the return process, please contact us at returns@lensemble.us, and we will facilitate the drop-off accordingly.

Final sale applies to items marked down by 60% or more. Orders made with any additional promotional code on sale items are also considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.

Online returns:

  1. Eligibility and Timeframe: All returns, including full-price and sale items, must be shipped or returned in-store within 7 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition, with all protective materials and tags attached. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or alteration. For hygienic reasons, briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip. Due to safety reasons, candles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Return Process: Initiate a return by emailing returns@lensemble.us with the subject line 'Return Request' and your order number. Upon receiving your request, we will provide a return label and a unique return authorization number. Please include this number on the return package for smooth processing.

  3. Return Shipping: A $15 return fee is applied for US domestic return labels. If you choose to use another shipping provider, the customer is responsible for the total cost of the return back to L'ENSEMBLE. For all International orders, customers are responsible for the total return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier with tracking services.

  4. In-store drop-off: If you prefer to drop off your return in person and visit our showroom, please contact us at returns@lensemble.us for further instructions.

  5. Refund: Upon receiving your item, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  6. Exchanges: If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@lensemble.us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  8. Color Accuracy: While we strive to display the colors of our products accurately on L'ENSEMBLE, variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.
